Hello all. Just a little note to all those who questioned the credibilty of Wrestle Zone Ireland. If you look at page 52 on today's Sunday World you will see what we are talking about. I am glad to associate myself with this and will now be working with Alan and all the crew on wrestlezoneireland and can't wait. If anybody heard Ted DiBiase on WWR on Dublin City FM last Friday you will know what I mean.

Its the addition to the lineup that I can't wait for.. Great response today so thank you all. I love the bitterness on here. It is just what we need. Thank you to Colin in Cork who sold 64 tickets to the event. Thanks to Dave and folk on WWR for the interview with DiBiase and thanks to Pat O Loughlin for his sponsorship for the event. We are all set now so lets get it on.

Surely winning over critics is vital to make a profit? There are only so few people who will pay to see DiBiase.

We don't consider people on here as critics. Professional critics are respected but not on a micky mouse forum. Hence Alan was right at the start. 1%.

We have learned one thing from this. It's those who watch or watched wrestling from 1988 to 1998 that appreciate this show. Those who look forward to watching it on the box as opposed to those on here who think they are behind the scenes and know whats going on. Thats what we love the best and made us laugh the most.

:DDi Biase is a hall of famer and rightly so. A man who took Sheamus under his wing........Flahavaj likes this.......:pac:

    :D;):p:):mad::cool::pac::P:( We can't wait.............................

You've definitely put me off going after that post. A little hint for future exploits: Don't be rude towards possible customers. Not me as I was always a bit suspicious of this but there are hundreds of lurkers who read this forum daily. A nice attitude might help convince them to part with their money. Not a rude one calling this forum a "Micky Mouse" forum.

I'm trying to post this in the best way I can because I don't want to get a ban from this.

Imho, there's 1 major problem with all this and it's your very bitter and horrible attitude to any bit of criticism. If people like it, great. If people don't, then don't bother getting yourself all worked up about it. Comments like:

won't do ye any favours in trying to get more buys, it just comes across as childish tbh.

This is the third thread on WrestleZone. Surely, after the previous 2 threads, you'd get the picture that the majority of us here don't like the price for the thing and have a negative opinion on it with the way it's run. Trying to hype it up again isn't going to gain much support imo esp with the attitude. Actually, If this is a mickey-mouse forum then why go the lengths of creating 3 accounts to hype the God-Damn thing up when it's only 1% of yer market??

At the start, I wished WrestleZone all the best. Now, with your petty attitude to every single bit of criticism, I really couldn't care if it's a success. In fact, this has just turned into a running joke

Wow just wow.. Your now actually slagging people off by name, and calling them out, your pathetic Wayne.. And for the record nobody on here criticised the event, we critised you and Alan and your so-calling "Promoting" of this event.. Oh and the fact its a rip off..

Sorry about that......Alan was nice from the start on this one big man but it was not welcomed. People say it's too dear. He could have charged half the price of €80 and let 600 in but this meant too many que's so he charges 159 and allows 300 in to spend the whole day with all (14 ) superstars ( one to be added ). This makes it more up close and personal and gives fans the chance to spend the day and have lunch with some of their heroes. He is banned off here for a reason.

    Thanks from Wayne76

You don't think that this forum is important? Word of mouth spreads pretty easily. If somebody on here wanted to go they might tell a friend or two to come with them. Your ignorance to importance of a popular wresting forum to a wrestling exhibition is baffling. Your loss though. Ye are the ones who want to try and make money off this. Good luck to ya but with your current attitude I don't predict a rousing success.

    267 views. 20 odd posts.

Again, our point is to thank all those who have supported us and to criticise begrudgers. Simple as that. I genuinely can't wait for this and for those who are attending a heart warmed thank you from me and Alan for making this happen. For those who begrudge it we sympathise with you.

Cena from this forum contacted the website recently slating people on here for being bitter and yet he still comes on here backing the critical views. Tunnel vision is a terrible thing but a sincere sincere sincere thanks to Colin and Pat as mentioned earlier. We could'nt have done it without you both.

Just an example big man on those on this site who contacted the wrestlezone website slating those on this site and who in turn bought tickets. We used "Cena" as an example as he published an email on boards we sent to all those who bought tickets or contacted the website.

It's a pity he didn't post my reply we sent to him thereafter.

I guarantee you that's going to work out better for wwr than it is for you.

I can't believe your attitude towards something you've called '1% of your target audience'.
Let's put it like this, this wrestlezone Ireland thing will go ahead as either a flop or as a success, either way I couldn't care.
Personally speaking I would put money on it flopping. But that's my opinion.

If Alan or you are going to be setting up another one of these conventions up I suggest these few points:

    1. Use a new username to promote it on here.
    2. Be polite, it'll get you anywhere.
    3. Be reasonable with your prices.-
If you had ten people attending at 150 euro each, or or 50 people attending after paying 50 each, which would be more profitable?!

I can see a LOT of people that would have been interested in this, (again, myself included).
And you could've had potentially 50+ more attendees.
But what would you care, were only a 'mickey mouse forum'.

    But other would call us
the single biggest wrestling forum in the country!

Exactly. 300 each day in a population of 4 million is not that hard ya now. Your bet on it flopping has lost BY A COUNTRY MILE.Never mind.....

I go back to my point on each person having the whole day ( 9am to 4pm) with the stars and lunch with them too. Idiots in croker today spent 60 euro for an hour and a half action for an amateur game.

No idea why i'm responding but.

    300 people a day
show is 7 hours (420 minutes)
    420/300 = 1.4 minutes
so basically you're paying 160 quid to spend less than a minute and a half with each wrestler. Totlly worth it

Your really doing your best to get heel heat, aren't you?

Unlike this 'fun day out to get to live out a childhood dream by eating lunch with a wrestler!! ZOMG!
There was 80,000 people there today and regardless of what you think, for those 60 euros, they were able to be part of something that actually means something to someone.

It's sad to think the only thing people will remember this event for, will be the absolute farce you two have managed to make it out to be.

    Brilliant Volwad.

Going back to 1% and a Sunday World advert. 930,000 readers of the Sunday World. Wrestlezone Ireland are leaving 300 in each day to spend time with the superstars. What is 1% of 930,000? 9300. Maybe, just maybe you will now realise what I mean by 1%. Nothing personal. Just the nature of internet advertising and proper advertising.

Listen Wayne you're doing yourself no favours here by insulting regular posters on this forum. As soon as the mods see this it's going to get locked and if you continue to insult posters you'll probably be getting an infraction/ban.

I'd suggest leaving here on your on accord before you're banned just like your mate was. This latest thread will defintely not garner you any more ticket sales from the way you have behaved.

If your event does indeed live up to expectations then well done. And maybe next time you'll learn how to get the punters in the professional way rather than being a complete twat who insults them and tells them how little he thinks of this forum despite starting up numerous threads and contributing so many posts as you have done.

What exactly am a 'dead right' on?

Am I bitter? No not at all.

I hope the people who have forked out the money to meet childhood heros and all that have a great time.
I'm not going to say anything towards them.
I would go but the only one remotely interesting is foley and I've already met him twice and not really into the stalking business to be honest.

What I will say is that as much as you've told us that you don't care about our opinions, your demeanour says different.

I have a feeling that yourself and Alan were so smug with the sunday world thing but when you seen there was absolutely no mention of such on the forum you thought you would come on and subtly make it known.
And also by taking a few personal shots at regular posters to the forum.

So don't bother putting me on any bitter list, I've nothing to be bitter about. but you are one who is so dam bitter yourself.

I'm nearly done in this thread. You're actually ignoring pure logic there and just deeming it immature. It's hard to know whether you're seriously that ignorant or whether you're just pure trolling. Whichever it is, I've lost all will to continue to post in this thread.

I'm not even bothered getting into a slagging match with you.

I saw your add for Wrestlezone before I read the thread for it on here and at first I was pretty impressed by it and considered going. But after reading that thread and this one there's not a chance in hell I'd ever consider going to any of your events in the future.
