    I like the fact that killstreak rewards don't actually help your current killstreak. Which means people are going to have to work for the rewards, and not let off harriers then camp and hope they get a Chopper Gunner/AC130.

    And another clip showing the Blackbird and Valkyrie Rockets being used. The Blackbird seems to be really useful as it's a waaaay better version of a UAV, it gives a realtime view of where enemies are. Bit of a pain in the ass that the Valkyrie Rockets have to called in like the Sentry Gun, but I suppose they're worth it. Full control over them, they look like fun.

    Yeah the Spy Plane (3 streak) is the same as the standard UAV i.e. a sweep of the map every 3 seconds. If you call in another or two, each one halves the time of the UAV sweep to show up enemy dots. If people have Marathon/Lightweight on, it can be hard to pin-point their location if they keep running.

    You can see with the Blackbird (8 streak) there are just red triangles on the map showing exactly where the other team are like you would with your own team. It doesn't 'sweep' the mini-map at all

    I find they're a great incentive tbh, I got a ton of them for dropping some guy in a boards match one night, actually just after he shot leeg17, got a one shot one kill, avenger, longshot, payback, comeback and both the 100 one shot kills and I think it was 1000 kills with the barret prestige challenge with one shot, was sooo satisfying :) least its just a graphic and not some guy screaming "HEADSHOOOOTTT!" like in Unreal or Doom or something

    I like the way the care package seems to fall straight down, and not bounce all over the place like in MW2. No more outrageous FAILS from a care package that bounces randomly 10 feet into you.

    The ability to edit your posts locks out on this forum after a few days/week. I found out with the Gamertags sticky. It's a pain, but what can you do.

    My life is over. Spas is nerfed apparently :(

    Shotguns are back as primaries which is pretty cool.

    Also the challenge for certain amount of ingame time played seems cool

    Well there's no stopping power so it just seems worse than it actually is. I think it's better as the shotguns were way too overpowered in MW2 and are meant to be for CQB only

    Put it this way, if ONLYUSEmeBLADE can deal with just a knife, even in COD4, shotguns will be grand, relative to their proper uses and not just any map

    I got an all pro first kill on Crash with the Barrett, once. Spawned at the bottom of the map, run left, looked up the alley saw a guy and fired. First blood, One shot one kill, One shot one kill, Long shot, long shot, double kill, Headshot, All pro.... messages were flashing up for like a minute. Pure luck but made me happy.

    It's a small thing, but I wish there was an animation for throwing down the rc car rather than it just appearing. As said it's an incredibly minor point, but it does look slightly sloppy and shows a lack of attention to detail.

    What i'd love to see implemented as part of create a class would be the ability to assign different sensitivities to different classes. For instance, I snipe at 7, and play normally at 5. Sometimes I forget to change it back to 5 and my aim is all sloppy and it takes me a while to realise. It's rather annoying, but just a small thing in fairness.

    That's a good idea, same thing really but to be able to assign killstreaks individually to classes aswell. I'd usually have 5/7/11 but 3/5/7 on certain ones.

    Bit of a gimmick IMO. Still, can't wait for the game. Wager matches look sick!

    And the switching through guns game mode will settle for once who's the best CoD player. It's ME!

    Can they still kill you? Nothing worse than when it falls 10 feet from the smoke, on you :mad: and you die.

    I'd imagine so yea, but it would take a special person to stand directly under the smoke, people can be forgiven for standing near the box and it rolls 10 feet and squishing you like an ant against the wall.

    Hate that, I usually try to get it on flat ground, but even then theres been plenty of times where one has just flattened me as it lands at a jaunty angle. I've still only every killed one enemy with one, was on top of the middle of Rust, the highest part, lobbed it at my feet, and it missed the platform and plummeted down the ladder, straight onto a guy, 1 short of the gamewinning kill.



    You know what'd be cool? if in the gamewinning killcam this time the camera tracked along with the bullet like it does with grenades and frags and the like, I know you'll be able to do it with theatre more and that but still, would look wicked.

    Was thinking that myself actually before, or even to have it zoomed out slightly and not from the almost 3rd person perspective it is now.

    I wonder will you be able to save your gameplay footage and edit it with your own software or just the ps3 editor and upload to whatever place they force us to.

    have never killed an enemy with one but have killed teammates including one last week who for reasons known only to himself saw the smoke, ran over and stood on the canister, looked up and was flattened. I kinda just stood there for a second or two wondering what the hell I'd just seen:)
