    I have returned to playing gaelic football after an eight year absense. I am now back training 18 months. I have trained consistantly over the last 18 months and while my fitness has improved i am struggling alot with my pace. Any suggestions ?

    iif your under 30 your ok lad i what i did was skip the gym for 6 months and took up running and i am doing 1o miles a day if will sort out your problems with pace.
