Anybody ever used Grapefruit Seed Extract for Candida, did it work or is it just snake oil ?

Never used it, but the two things that helped me the most with candida were live natural yogurt (the fruit ones have added sugar so avoid them) and cutting out processed sugar. Stick to whole foods; lots of vegetables, fruit (the natural sugars never seemed to cause a flare up for me), nuts, meat, fish, eggs etc. Good luck.

Stay well away form the sugars. That's what the candida live on. you might consider going on an el;imination diet for 3-4 weeks just to ensure you get rid of it? If you keep eating sugar, the candida will keep feeding on it.

You might also consider taking a good probiotic supplement.
