Beginners guide, HELP?

    So, I'm 19 and scrawny.
    I have a complete dumbbells set but no clue what to do with them.
    I've googled everything about weight lifting plans and yadda yadda but can't find anything of any use.
    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE if anyone could help I would be forever grateful

    If you're scrawny a dumbbell set will only do so much for packing on pounds! Out of curiosity how heavy do they go?

    What's a typical days diet, how big is the largest dumbell?

    Probab the two most important aspect there. A dumbell set is fine IF its a full set. I suspect however that you have some dumbells as opposed to a complete set. You may need to buy more, or a barbell and plates etc
