    Hi,

I was trying to find the name of this piece of equipment but I don't know what it's called.

It's a really simple piece of equipment that basically mimics the action of rowing but I'm not sure if that's it's purpose. It consists of a two handed handle on one end with foot straps on the other end and both ends are connected by a strong spring.

I don't know if there's a definite name for it. I've seen two brands on amazon: Tunturi Soft Body Trimmer and Body Sculpture Tummy Trainer. I remember messing around with one when I was a kid and even then the things were a joke. I'm surprised they even still make them

I remember one of these in the house as a kid.
If I could stretch it out as a kid then the spring isn't that strong. I wouldn't bother with it.

I know what you're on about, I remember my Aunty having one when I was a kid, I think it was supposed* to be for your abs.

*It's not going to be any use at all to you to be honest.
