quick weight loss

    I am a 23 year old female and currently i weight 10 stone 7lbs,i am not normally too bothered about my weight i have put on about 10pounds since this time last year and i am going on holidays in two weeks time. Ideally i would like to drop about 7lbs just so i fit abit more comfortably into last years summer clothes. Does anybody have any good advice for a quick fix?

    I have started taking up skipping as exercise but currently i am only able to maintain about ten minutes before i feel like collapsing.:rolleyes: I don't want anything too drastic like a maple syrup diet or any of that nonsense because i cant last a few hours without food or ill turn into a bear :P

    Any help is greatly appreciated :o

    I strongly disagree with crash dieting and the recommended routes above.

    Accept your body as it is. Feed it nutritious foods and exercise regularly. Crash dieting is abuse to your poor body. If your bikini doesn't fit right, buy a new swimsuit and work on caring properly for your body in the coming year.
