Ya, I applied for a twin room as well. Other person I applied with is on this list as well, so hopefully we'll be able to share. Don't think I could afford a single ensuite for the year. Does anyone know when the list for room allocation will be published?

Nothing mentioned "free" food did It. There's always free pizza ti be had during freshers week anyway! Hangover breakfest by the Food and drink socwas pretty good last year. But I was too hungover to eat It so I wouldn't know.

Advice to anyone going to be in halls next year. Hate the JCR for absolutely no reason.

And do your best to piss the technical officer off, email him telling him internet is not working and ask him to come over. Then just unplug the cable. Its just a long standing halls tradition

If you applied on medical grounds, and your number is on the list you should get a disabled rom, i.e. a HUUUGE one with a cool bathroom.

Officially, you're not, but just soemones ID, if they vaguely resemble you, it'll be grand,. Just be in the middle of a group and flash it at the bouncers, it'llbe fine. I actually heard the JCR this year are kinda organised, who would have thought it?

Yeah, but it says "within 14 days of the offer", I mean, does getting an invoice for residential charges really count as our official offer? When does this fourteen day period begin?

Ya. they're not very organised with it because my application stll says that it hasn't been reviewed yet and to check at a later date
