After last nights 0-0 draw, surely Mourinho has to have a hard look at himself and his future at Real Madrid.

The honeymoon is now surely over.

    Discuss.

Absolutely, a complete failure in Spanish football

Why don't you start off the discussion with why you feel he either is or isn't done, then others can follow, but at the moment this is an epic fail.

Thread is about 6 months too early IMO.

He'll be gone by the end of the season IMO

The club's biggest star is refusing to play for him, blaming a so-called 'injury'. Time to go Jose.

He has also failed miserably at trying to get di Stefano out of retirement.

If the Soccer Forum has taught me anything, it's that it's never too soon to over-react.

Awesome thread, keep up the good work.

With the amount of huge name players Jose has and to only muster up a pathetic 0-0 draw I think the board should definitely reconsider his position at the club.

Could end up to be a complete catastrophe. Better to get him out now before any more damage is done.

    I don't think he'll be panicking yet.
If Madrid don't get a win in their next two games then maybe we can come back to this but for now I'm sure it's all still rosey in the garden.

Get rid of him, sure hes only over-rated anyway.

Maradona for the Real Madrid job by the end of the week.

He has to go after this catastrophe. The club needs a bit of sanity and a more long term focus instead of this circus act. Ronaldo for player/manager. He should have a suit jacket made in the style of the jersey with his name and no. on the back and he needs to wear it when he's managing along with his shorts. Only then will they be taken seriously.

Wonderful idea - I believe this should be extended so that all Champions League managers should be forced allowed to wear such outfits

Im fairly sure most Madrid fans would have preferred to lose 5-4, Mourinho is living on borrowed time, another one or two like that and its unlikely he will have control over the starting lineup.

Wasn't capello sacked for that? Unless you win the champions league and league playing amazing football every week you're gonna get sacked at Madrid

Capello only won La Liga. They had no choice but to sack him really.

I don't think it matters what you do as Madrid manager, the axe will be weilded eventually thanks to their presidential system.

Threads like this are the reason we need a trolling/take the piss forum.

So much grade A material can't be posted in the main forum.

This kinda thing is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

    He's gotta go.

That game last night highlighted his faults and failings as a manager.

He'll be gone by the end of September.

The secret to a good joke is timing and context, ergo any pisstake forum would kill the joke before it had been delivered.

The media produced sham of a manager that is Mourhino will be found out at Madrid.

After buying his way to title after title around Europe, for the first time he,ll have to work at a club with little or no budget. His lack of tactical awareness will ensure he'll be gone by the weekend.

Steve Staunton in the hotseat by next month.
