    Two things.
    1. You need to fix the link, it has an extra '"Click>' added.
    2. Should you have some kind of consent form? I don't know what your school's policy, but in our place they'll chuck all your research out if you don't have all your forms up to date.

    1. I think just copy and pasting it...I tried to change it but adding a hyperlink didnt seem to work

    2. Its not obviously part of my research but a pre-test proceedure that Im testing before I begin validation of my questionaire.

It seems to be working fine now.

OK as long as you're sure it's OK. I've seen people get bitten in the ass by these kinds of things before, especially at masters level, where people aren't used to working with ethics comities and the like.

I'm not trying to wind you up here, but I think you need to talk to your supervisor about this.

You could really have just sent me a PM to be fair. Its got nothing to do with my dis...I have a dissertation protocol and I needed 20-30 responses to test out the data collection/analysis capabilities from the website that I paid a subscription for before I send out the actual questionaire on a bigger scale.

    Consider it a beta test.

You don't get to beta test these things. At least not without prior approval.

Im going to presume that you have done a Masters. I am testing the website that is hosting a questionaire and not my dissertation Doug. I recently subscribed to it and yes, I can test the website to see if it can store and output data how I would like with no effect what so ever on my research. I dont need approval because it is not being submitted.
