    What height and weight are you now?

    The short answer is you need to either:

    a) lift heavy and eat well (slow)
    or
    b) lift heavy, eat a lot, then diet off the fat (much faster).

    Running is definitely not what you want.

    I disagree with that. He's carrying a reasonable amount of muscle compared to your average skinny punter IMO.

    Actually, he is toned. I would disregard L5's post.

    OP, you could work all your life and never look like that. Different people have different genetic make-ups etc. But if you want to get toned, eat more protein and start swimming/jogging/cycling to bring your fitness level up. That will be most of the battle won. Then just do a little weights to get the extra tone where you want it. To get more info, go to your local library and get a health&fitness book.

    I eat relatively healthily and all the exercise I do is cycle. And I think I look pretty good naked :D

    Any advice on how to build the pecs?

    And see the lines that kinda make his stomach taper at the bottom, making his hips look more defined, is that an achievable feature or just down to genetics?

    Hey mate,

    I'm 6ft and 73.8kg and I don't like the picture of the guy you posted up because my body is built different but I am skinny and I have kept it that way instead of getting huge

    My workout is:

    3-4 days a week whatever you can manage

    100 calories on the treadmill (takes me about 10 mins with a 2mins break of walking in between)
    Then working out front and back of my thighs using the gym machines, I'm sure they'll have them in your gym too (60kg front thighs 2 sets of 15 and 45kg back thighs again 2 sets of 15)

    Then depending on the day I either do bench press and squats or dead lifts and bench press or squats and dead lifts.

    It depends on what you can lift up but I do same thing again 2 sets of 15

    After that I do my abs same thing again 2 sets of 15 and lastly 50 calories on the treadmill which takes about 4mins.

    For diet I try to eat healthy foods such as tuna, salads etc but I do have a cheat day in which I eat all sorts of junk

    This workout works for me no problem so may be it should be fine for you too :)

    Dude's in good nick. Half the people here who are gonna come on and rag on that pic are guys who are desperately trying to "bulk up" to gain muscle, but getting fat too and will probably never diet down to those levels of leaness, but will always be smug cos they're carrying more muscle under it all.

    His ACTUAL body fat? No idea. It's probably higher than most people think.

    His body fat in relation to when people normally look at someone his bf% is XX - 8%.
