I need diet advice

    Basically, I am a 17 yo male who is scrawny but yet ridiculously unhealthy with his eating! Want some advice of what to eat to be healthy and put on some weight too. I'm in school so stuff that can be bought to school would be helpfully.

    Also, I cannot eat before 11 in the morning for some bizzare reason unless its a nice greasy breakfast roll. Any advice of stuff that can be eaten in the morning that might work. Cereal or toast in the morning makes me gagg.
