    I have sent a private message to myself containing the number, and if anybody guesses the number correctly, I will try to reproduce a screenshot of the private message as proof.

    sort of a catch 22 having to state board policy in the thread isn't it?

    of course, Prop 22 was struck down by the state board
    because the Act was an ordinary statute, it could be struck down if it were inconsistent with the state constitution.

    seems the CA constitution is in a catch 22
    since prop 8 creates a gap in the constitution with the protection from gender discrimination.
