Info. sent out by post - did you get it before clicking accept?

Just wondering because I've applied to CIT and another IT. I haven't clicked accept on anything yet. The other IT sent out the info. pack to me a few days ago [maps, Giro form, registration info., etc.] and CIT didn't send out anything. I'm guessing it's because they only usually send it after acceptance?
