    Just a quick question, I have been trying to contact PP by email but they dont seem to be answering me.
    I last emailed them at 1.30 do they not answer emails on Friday?

    When I've had a query on that site I go the live chat. I've only ever encountered helpful staff. The email thing can be a bit woolly - you never know when they'll reply to you - generally 24 hours I would say, which is a bit of a pain.
