Uneven weight loss on gut

    have dropped 1.5 stone and intend to lose another .5 Gut is good bit smaller but is hanging in there I know it will be last to go, but have noticed I have lost a bit more weight on one side than the other! nothing freaky but I can notice it. anyone have any experience of that, I presume things will even out as more weight comes off. cheers

    Almost no-one is symmetrical. Women have one breast bigger than the other, men have one arm that's stronger, or one side that seems to have more fat. Try to look at your whole body rather than focusing too much on the details.
