Just wondering what your thoughts are on the mathematical science course in Kevin street ....
How hard is the course and is it just pure maths all day everyday??
Or are there elements of computers and physics involved also ??
Is first year just a leaving cert maths recap ??
I got a D3 in higher level without putting in much work ??

The main focus seems to be maths (funny that). So you will be doing things like Calculus, Statistics, Discrete Mathematics, Foundation Mathematics and Linear Algebra. There you have some computer subjects like Mathematicals Modelling, Computer Architecture and Programming. There others like Professional Development and Mathematicals Modelling.

So I wouldn't think its a recap of Leaving Cert I would think it is more detailed in specific areas. Take a look at your time table here:

It should answer any questions you have by using it in conjunction with the Module Catalogue which will give you a description of the module.
