Hi Guys First time poster here. Im looking to set up a automatically generated response for one column in excel based on the preceding one. ie: when I enter "2" into column A I want the corresponding cell in column B to return "Not Applicable" I havent a breeze how to do it and tried to set it using various input formulae…

Hi Guys

insert the following in B1 =IF(A1=2,"Not Applicable","")
