    Hi,
Want to add Bulgarian Bags (http://www.suples.com/bulgarian-training-bags/) to my home gym but don't wanna spend big bucks on them so gonna make a home made one.
Checked up on web and basicaly it's a section of a large rubber inner tire tube such as the one's given to people in water parks and filled to the desired wieght with sand and water then sealed with duct tape.
Anyone any experience of using Bulgarian Bags in a workout and also making them at home?
Also any advice on aquiring such large inner tire tubes would be much appreciated also.
    Thanks for your help
