    i have a 20kg barbell here at home and im selling it,its the proper barbell its for olympic weights,if your anywhere near cork id be more then willing to give it to you?

    the barbell i have is too light so just want a heavier bar, not in cork but cheers anyway..

    Mellor above thought you wanted a fixed BB, so did I, as in 10kg or 20kg with no ability to put on new weights.

    I am now guessing you have a standard size bar, with 1" hole size plates. If so a 6ft bar is about 7kg, is your current bar hollow? if so it will will probably bend once you go over ~100kg.

    Yeah, the fact that he said 10 or 20 made me think it was fixed,
    I'd say go with rubadub's suggestion above, get the 7kg they come in collared versions too.

    You'll only get up to 20kg with oly bars or varients of, for 50mm holed plates
