    Hi all,

    Just wondering if anyone could do up a training plan for me or direct me to one to improve on a couple of factors before the new football season kicks-off?

    I ask now because I go back soccer training this week (youths, so with a +18 side for the first time) - having not trained in over a year, and clearly lacking a bit of strength and speed to go with it. I really want to improve on these 3 factors - fitness, speed and a bit of strength for the new season.

    Since it's particularly for football, some exercises may have to reflect movements used while playing football, ie. turning sharply etc.

    I know I can play ball to a high level to match these guys, but can I keep up in a sprint race, a tackle or a 70 minute game, that's the question...!
