ideal food before workout?

    i would usually have a bowl of special k and a orange about 1-2 hrs before my morning workout(10-11 am) and i have a banana after my workout and lunch about 1-2.would this be ideal?

    you should try oatmeal and an orange,special k is full of that processed ****.

    aswell would recomend protein before and after your workout,if your not already taking it.

    I have a homemade fruit smoothie with oatmeal about 45 minutes before hand
