Where to buy the stick??

Im just wondering has anyone bought the stick, and where would be the best place.

I had a foam roller but it was rubbish, and after minimal use it has become compleatly deformed.

I think the stick would be handy for using on other people, for example my dad has alway had problems with his back, and has hurt it many times, so a few sessions with the stick could be just the job.

    Cheers in advance :)

    Hi JJayoo

You can get them from Irishfit or Physio Supplies (Both the same company AFAIK), see here.

Tbh a good old fashioned rolling pin would do the exact same thing and be a good bit cheaper

Excuse my ignorance, but is the stick actually beneficial? Does it increase flexibility? I know that foam rolling is beneficial, but can the stick do anything that stretching cannot?

I really want to increase my flexibility, in particular my hip flexor flexibility. The stick may not be great for hip flexor flexibility, but it could be good for other muscles!
