Goals, too high/low?

    Alright folks.

    Currently 3rd week of stronglifts, set meself some goals for the next month. These achievable or too easy?


    Bench 70kg 5x5 full reps all sets (60kg at the mo)
    Squat 145kg 5x5 full reps all sets (130kg at the mo)
    Deadlift 120kg (100kg at the mo)

    Im eatin like Mary Harney in a chip shop to support this :pac:
