Bench Press Question

    Hey folks,

    I'm starting to stall on my brench press I'm thinking its more down to technigue than anyone else...Feeling it in my shoulders more than my tri's or chest. Can anyone point me in the direction of the right technique

    How tall are you? Could be simply long arms. You'd really need to video your technique before anyone can critique it.

    only 5'10". Could possible it of benefit to get myself a session or two with a trainer

    You're probably flaring your elbows,hard to explain so you'll have to look it up yourself.
    If you are you'd want to correct it or you may tear your rotator cuffs.

    Keep your elbows tucked mate, other wise your putting a lot of strain on the shoulders (or rotary cup as said above)

    This video shows is a good example

    +1 thats what I was looking for. I was doing it completely wrong on all counts.
    Flaring the elbows and not even lieing on the bench right.
