Fees Question

    I attended college for 2 years before but dropped out of that course.

    Now im back in a different course, I presumed that I would only be paying the full course fee for 2 years then the registration for the years after that. But im just after being asked for the full fee??

    Am i right in thinking this is wrong??

    Edit* Forgot to say,i am going into 3rd year of my course now.
