    Hi,
I have started training at the gym again, its been years since I did any kind of physical exercise, things were getting out of hand so I joined my local gym 3 weeks ago.

My main aim is to lose weight and add some muscle mass and generally be fit and healthy.
I am 33 years old, am 5’4 tall (or short) and weigh 16 stone.
I am looking to shift another stone and a half and I train 4 days per week.
My training routine is as follows:

    Monday
30 Min HIIT Cardio (This will increase as I get fitter)
    Legs / Shoulders

    Tuesday
    30 Min HIIT Cardio
    Back (Bi’s)

    Wednesday
    Off

    Thursday
    30 Min HIIT Cardio
    Chest (Tri’s)

    Friday
    30 Min HIIT Cardio
    Bi’s & Tri’s

    Saturday
Usually off but sometimes go for a swim or a catchup day if I miss a day during the week.

    Sunday
    Off

I have adjusted my diet and gotten rid of 99% of the rubbish (hey, I’m not a saint!), no fizzy drinks, drink lots of water and cut out bread and pasta more fruit etc.

I have seen that Nutrition X have a dieters stack which contains the following supplements and am wondering of this would help me with weight loss while adding some muscle mass.(and aid recovery)
    1 x Pro X Elite 4lb
    1 x ZMA Pudding
    1 x MRM

I would appreciate any comments and advice or tips. I have never taken supplements before and with so many available I wouldn’t know where to start.
    Cheers,

HIIT is not the place for you to start....and doing 30 mins plus is not the place for anyone to finish.

Supplements at this stage should be the last thing on your mind.

Ok, cool. Maybe I should be going at an easier pace and for longer time?

    Thanks man.

    Absolutely.

Under do it to start with.

Go in...enjoy it and get out....while you are still enjoying it.

You'd be way better off doing some Low Intensity Interval Training :)
