    Are there any recommended protein supplements in H&B? Looking for good value and a lot of their stuff is very cheap compared to specialist supplement shops.

    So, is it worth a look or is it useless?

    firstly have a look at 90+ or usn muscle fuel sts, €50-€55 incl del from england(5kg/11lbs) both very cheap when compared to irish prices for the same products and rival brand e.g. ON gold standard(€85-€110), alternatively bulkpowders or myprotein are excellent value too, i personally use bulkpowders for some stuff but its up to you.

    secondly not to jack your thread but is this any use from H&B

    it seems like good value but you have to take two a day so intead of 2months you only actually get one
    OR should i just go into a herbal shop and find equivelant product in same dose??
