Cobbler in the Collig - any good?

I know there's a cobbler after opening on the main street in the Collig, just wondering if anyone's used him and if ye were happy with the service / price, etc............

I've used him twice for shoe repair and twice for key cutting. I don't know how the prices compare to other Cobblers, but I don't remember being shocked by them! Had an emergency job to be done on my daughter's shoe on the morning of a family wedding recently and he didn't charge. For that alone, I'd recommend him.
