Stretching regime to prevent injury

    Hello

    I play a lot of different sports, more or less all year round and I'm getting injured. I have been told by physios that I have serious flexibility issues - ie some muscles are way too tight and are causing injuries that i sustain not to heal or to heal really slowly.
    the physio has given me some stretches to do on the areas i have current problems everyday

    anyway, I'm determined to sort my whole body out as I'm not that old (late 20's) and want to continue playing and lessen the injuries - through, stretching, yoga or whatever

    I'd appreciate any links to reading material, or to daily stretcing programmes etc that could get me started.
