Funny one this...Football season starts in 2 weeks, anyone got any tips on how to get back to full fitness after a year out from the sport?

I know running endlessly would be an option.

    Hi There

To get back to full fitness after a year out in two week....

I have only one suggestion :D:D

Seriously OP, the best thing you can do is make a start. There is no way you are going to get to match fitness in two weeks and going at it hell for leather is not the way to go either, as this could just lead to injury and another stint on the side lines.

Are you a member of a gym?

Not a great one really. Sprints would be much better.

As B-B said, two weeks isn't enough to do much but make a start.
