Is Flahavan'a Hi8 Muesli a reasonable alternative to porridge in the mornings?

I would imagine it's not as good as porridge as museli has a lot more sugar in it..

I reckon it's probably grand coz that brand doesn't have any sugar added. Ingredients: Wholegrain Cereals 61% (Oat Flakes, Wheat Flakes, Rye Flakes),Dried Fruits 32% (Raisins, Dried Apricots with Preservative Sulphur Dioxide, Chopped Dates) ,Seeds 5% (Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds) ,Skimmed Milk Powder 2%

Depends on you goals but there's nothing terrible in there. Enjoy it if you want it. I like muesli but i hate the fact that you gety so little in a portion - 40gm is less than a handful. I always end up eating about 120gms to be satisfied with it!
