fitness options carlow suggestions appreciated

    hi,
    Just looking for some info about fitness options in Carnew,Gorey, tullow areas of Carlow.
    Ideally boxing or martial arts but very open to all suggestions.
    looking to get back in shape and boost energy levels.
    also, anyone know of personal fitness instructor options in this neck if the woods?

    There is MMA in the gym in Chruch/Charotte street. Not sure what the timetable is like.

    Forgot about that. His is the head bouncer in the Foundry night club, great guy.
    Last time I was down there it was held in the CYMS hall in Bagnelstown at 7pm on tuesday and thursday night. Costs approx €4 - €5 a session.

    Wouldnt be too far a drive if your coming from tullow/wexford direction just cut accross the back roads to Fenegh.
