Ive read it and heard it said that shrugs are relative to deadlifts so if i can deadlfit 150kgx3, what should i be BB shrugging? and while im askin on db mil press how deep should i go, elbow to shoulder level or should i bring the dumbells down to my shoulders, ive seen both methods which is most effective??

I've never heard of a direct connection between deadlifts & shrugs. Just experiment with the weight & see first what you can get a good solid burn over 10 reps to start & work from there. Just remember keep the arms straight & only up & down movement DO NOT rotate your shoulders in a circular motion.

As for the DB shoulder presses i tend to go i guess till the weight is about level with my ears. But again, experiment & see whats comfortable for you. You cant say what works for once person will work for you.

    Why?

A lot of people tend to drop the weights as little as possible, as in eblow to shoulder level (or not bringing the bar to the chest in bench for example) as they can do more reps or lift a bigger weight for a full set this way.
don't confuse "working for you" with "not working fully/hard enough"

Seemingly not good for your shoulder rotator cuffs. I've read alot its a big no no. The point of shrugs is to hit your traps & up & down does that more than sufficiently.

As for the shoulder DB presses I said i bring the dumbells to about level with my ears, which drops my elbows well below shoulder level. Any further & i feel im strectching a bit far. My point is that he should experiment with the range of motion as droppping to far might be uncomfortable. I.e. just cos someone else does it does make it right for that person. I would always say stay within 80 - 100% full range of motion, but if 80% is what feels right then 80 it is.

so what the correct form for them? I've been doing them wrong I think (and i have the injury to prove it)

    This demonstrates what i think:

    & this

Doing it with a barbell is great as well. Exact same principle applies

I think the barbell is better than the db hit the shoulders better and you can shrug heavier.... never rotate your shoulders your just grinding your joints together

Heres a link for all your shoulder exercises

I wasn't disagreeing. I just wanted you to post your reason why, or why not. For every place you can find a reason to do something posted, you can probably find one suggesting the opposite (eg, sites linked to included some gems like "rolling hits all your traps?, WTF?? and other nonsense for other muscles). Far too often around here people just repeat what they have read without knowing why, posts/threads are much better when we include the reason why you should or shouldn't do something.

    Fair enough.
