    well after slightly over two months out of the gym due to stubborn patella tendonitus im just back after a small get back into it slowly step! Disapointed with the amount of strenght loss i was benching 65kg including 20kg bar and now doing 50 LOL i didnt put back on any weight though, when i joined the gym i was 95kg got down to 84, i hit 82.5 two weeks ago but i was 83.5 today, so after my sun holoday on the sauce and the few to many chippers in my down time i did manage to eat right the last month or so so overall looking forward to seeing gains,
    I was afraid id loose interest but highly motivated, just got to be carefull of that knee

    why did you stop benching because you hurt your knee?
