I have a nasty tennis elbow which is preventing me from doing any exercises that involve gripping weights. I've been resting it for 4 weeks and no real improvement.
I have been to 3 or 4 physios in Dublin 18 over the years for various pains and aches - they were all OK but not outstanding.
Could anyone please recommend a physio (or similar) is South Dublin that really knows his/her stuff wrt tennis elbow? Thanks

I went here based on a recommendation I seen in this forum last week by Transform.

I was very impressed with his approach and knowledge and would HIGHLY recommend Doug.

(Previously I had seen 2 other physios, and osteopath and even an acupuncturist). I have had more improvement after one session than I did after all the others combined (about 30 sessions).

    +1 for Doug,

I trained with Doug on 3 of the ART Courses.

You should see results pretty quickly for a tennis elbow problem
