Hey. I know most of you all are well educated on what a good diet means, but for those of you who don't; here is a video from our resident expert diet Transform.
For those who don't agree with transform: look at this guy: does he look fat????
Mr Transform: I hope it is ok for me to put his up on your behalf: I just thought it was such a great video and I thought it should be put up here:

those flapjacks sound nice. I googled some recipes but they all use a good bit of butter and brown sugar...does anyone have a healthier (but still nice) recipe?

    Try these below!

I was gonna bump this yesterday. I have refined my own recipe to what I consider the point of perfection. It now stands at:

    100g oats
    20g whey
130g cottage cheese (sounds rank, but actually really enhances the texture)
    5-7g psyllium husks
add water to bring it up to just below the 500ml volume mark, mix or blend.

Next morning add two eggs and blend that sucker up.

Makes 8 small, thick pancakes that weigh in under 100 calories each (I fry them without oil on a non-stick pan at a low - medium heat). I usually add some butter and jam and a mug of high quality coffee. Nyom.
