Im asking this in terms of the country with the largest number of dick-heads per capita.

Ive returned from a holiday in France and tbh I had more arguements with people there in the 2 weeks than i have had with people here in the last 5 years...and we've traveled alot and nowhere came close

I'm sure they're lovely people in the right context, but in the context of people passing through an airport seeking customer service, it's Israelis. By an absolute mile.

The Dutch are so straightforward and direct that it seems rude.

Generally i've found french people to be a wee bit rude although i've meet two that were nice to me but jasus they were arrogant towards women.

Then again to other nations we can come across as quite rude because as a nation we are usually up front to other peoples problems and failures(sure we're avn da criac sur) but sadly not our own.

As this is AH i find the country of Durkadurkamenstain to be rude when trying to do any business with them especially the hookers and coke dealers:pac:

The French are only being rude because they think we are English. If you tell them your Irish their attitude changes completely.

But Nigeria has to have the most dickheads (and its got nothing to do with skin colour)

The French normally win this type of thing but I've never lived there only passed through, but I spent the worst six months of my life in Rotterdam. They are very professional and good at their jobs but I got tired of them telling me just how good they were. They have no manners.

Definetly the French. Tho whilst they suffer from the stereotype that they are rude to foriegners I think (in their defence if you could call it such) they're probably just as rude to each other as well.

No, they are just dickheads. I get along with almost everyone and really try to be civil and polite whether I like someone or not. But when it comes to French people, I lose it. I've only had about 5 arguments in my life (proper shouting matches) with people outside my family/boyfriend, and every single one of them has been with a French person. They have the most twisted logic in the world and then try to tell you they're right and you're stupid. I've met hundreds and hundreds of French people in my life and don't have one single French friend. I've really tried as well, determined not to let my prior experiences cloud my judgement, but honestly, it always ends up the same way.
But Nigeria has to have the most dickheads (and its got nothing to do with skin colour)

They come a close second to the French.

I did meet a lot of dickheads in France, but I met one absolute legend. I was on a way to my best mates wedding, I was a good four hours away from the venue, had pigeon french at best and didn't have a clue of what was going on. After chatting to a lot of dickheads, I came accross this guy in the Carcasonne train station. The converation went like this.

ME: Escusi moi monsieur, vous parlez anglais?
FRENCH GUY(in epic french accent): Yes sir how may I help you?

I asked him about the trains, how I get here and there, he walked me around the whole place and was just dead on, really helpful. I was really greatful after been stressed out of my mind for the last hour, shook his hand and said "thanks very much man, I appreciate it." He says "no problem, and remember....you are always welcome.....", he puts his hands up in the air very dramaticly and excdlaims loudly, "in France!"

    What a legend.

Legend. I've had many experiences of locals going out of their way to help/give directions in France. People are people: if you are respectful and friendly you tend to get it back in spades.

Je ne comprends pas votre langue compliquée. Je pense que vous avez besoin d'aller voir une personne pour vous aider avec votre santé mentale. Je pense que vous devriez porter des pantalons serrés. Avez-vous la marche à pied spécial?
