    Hello,

I am doing a renovation on a 17ft lake boat and am looking for good value paint in Co Limerick or Clare. Anybody knows who is the best person to talk to in this area ?

I will have also some Fiberglass and resin to get.

I have used Toplac by international and it is very good,if you are going to paint over fiberglass you will need a two pack primer first.
Some of these should also have epoxy resin if you can go for west system and get the tin's with the pumps it makes mixing very easy.

nice one fergal, any idea how much a tin would cost to cover the hull of a 16ft orkeney

This is my last build she is 16ft and I used two tins €50 to give 3 coats as the primer was white.

Just the paint will do, unless you are leaving the boat in the water then you may need antifouling paint for below the water line.
