    hi all.

So im 29 and 5ft6 and weigh 75kg.

trying to tone up and lose a couple of pounds.ive been in the gym nearly 3 months now and its going well, really look forward to going in the evenings,im also running during the day around lunch time and run 5k most days and every 3rd or 4th day i'd do between 8k and 10k and then go the gym that evening. the results are beginning to show so im happy enough but im unsure about my diet. any help or suggestions are very much appreciated.

    current diet:

usually drink between 2-3 liters of water a day.

    breakfast:0700
porridge or boiled egg on toast
    apple or some grapes

    lunch:
tuna salad, handful of mixed nuts, banana and a natural yogurt.

snack:grapes and a handful of cashew nuts

    dinner:
steak with green beans and some baby potatoes,or chicken stir fry and rice,
    tuna sambo.
    Thanks in advance.

To be honest I think your diet looks really good and as you say you're making good progress so just keep at it.
You're getting protein in with every meal and eating four times a day.
You should probably have an egg or two every morning with your breakfast.
When trying to lose weight its probably best to get any carbs in the first half of the day and keep them very low after than.
Also when training a lot its good to have a multivitamin and a fish oil supplement (Omega 3).
Whats your routine in the gym like?
Always good to start off with some weight training and then some cardio...
