Looks fairly good although would be a bit light on carbs for me.

To stop you getting bored, maybe try and do something different with veg and stuff. For example if you are baking fish then the oven is already on so you could do some roast veg (mushrooms, onions, garlic, peppers, tomatos) quite easily - just toss them in a little oil, add some herbs - either dry or fresh and pop them in the over for 20 - 30 minutes.

Carrots and parsnips are great as well - par boil them first and then toss them in a little lemon juice or actually carrots are great with orange in the oven!

What about humous with either veg sticks (carrot or celery are ideal) or toasted pita for dipping as an alternative snack from time to time - fairly healthy especially if you make your own humous.

I know that was just a sample you put up but vary your fruit - eat whats in season or on special - make fruit salad for yourself.

I guess try and make your meals as colourful as possible and aim to try something new every week to stop you getting bored while still eating healthy foods.

Oh and loose the biscuits in the evening - have a single square of really rich dark choc :D

i cant stand dark choc bought it and tried to get used to it but it tastes disgusting!! any other sweet things that would kill a craving? i usually end up giving in and eating one or two chocolate bars its so hard not too i have no will power!!

Your breakfast looks very small. What about moving the porridge to 7am? If you've time to boil eggs, you've time to make porridge :)

instead of chocolates, what about making your own desserts? There are loads of healthy (ish) alternatives.
I don't keep chocolate in the house (or if I do, it is the dark stuff which you can't scoff in one go), but I might have some fruit topped with yoghurt and a squirt of chocolate sauce or dark choc shavings.
