What size RSJ

I'm going to put a loft in my Shed.It has a Concrete wall on three sides.I was thinking of putting an RSJ across the front side. The lenght of the RSJ would be 8.5 Metre.I dont want to have any supports below.If the Loft is 8.5m x 5m and would carry a max 5 tonne,what size RSJ should I use and what size Timber joists…

we do not allow the sizing of structural elements here, for obvious reasons.
