Just joined Curves

    My mam and I just started in Curves last night, and I don't know why, but I thought we could only attend once a week. Is it 3 days a week that's recommended?

    It all depends on your body...

    If you haven't worked out much before then 3 days a week might be too much. Sort a routine out with a trainer there.

    Not trying to be smart, but what sort of results were you expecting to see exercising once a week?
