hey just wondering if any of you guys have been to weight watchers,
what was your experience, is there kind of a stigma amongst men who go to weight watchers?

    thoughts?

I go to a different weight loss class [somewhat like weight watchers, but better ;)http://www.wlcdublin.com/ - and there are a couple of other blokes in the class I attend, but it really does not matter as its all about support and positive reinforcement.

Everyone is there for the same reason, and no one is thinking any better or worse about anyone else. the biggest problem is in your own head and getting in the door that first time [it was for me anyway]

That said, signing up and going is the best thing I've ever done.
