    Im 14 stone :O and 5 foot 8 inches and 20 years old.
    Anyways I was alway 11-11.5 stone, but stopped playing sports then went on the drink alot and fast foods and gone up to 14 stone over the year.

    Looking to get back fit, and loose the weight and hopfully try and put on bit of muscle. I know this aint easy and takes a long time but no point starting off doing it wrong.

    I would eat a bowl of Rice Crispies for breakfast. Lunch would have tea and a banna sandwhich. Maybe an apple before dinner. Then for dinners would eat a lot of Chicken, Rice, Spuds, Meat, Not a lot of chips recently. Would have yougarts.

    Before would eat rubbish like bars,popcorn,ice pops etc.
    Just starting to change that. So would like to know what sort of stuff would I be eating.

    a.) What should I do in the gym. To get fit, loose weight, and turn fat into muscle. Also heard great to run on a empty stomach?
    b.)What should I be eating? Just a rough guide would be great.
