I would suggest you Private message a moderator, ANDY_G is one of the moderators for these forums, if you message him regarding your post and ask his advise on where you should post it, he will get back to you.

I believe posts in that section have to be aproved by the moderators befor they can be viewed by the public.

Its just this is an Advert section for selling AEG'S not sites. As I said best bet to pm a mod and they will direct you to where ya gotta go :)

    Hope this helps.

    Moved to the main forum.
However i will leave this open just to see the interest if it turns into a site.
It will be moved to airsoft sites and will be liable for the subscribtion.

Hi Tony, long time no hear.
Just to advise you that last I heard there is already a site/club in Enniscorthy.
"LIS LEGION OF INTERNATIONAL UNION AIRSOFT ENNISCORTHY CLUB"
Whether they're still meeting up is another matter completely.

Just incase you don't know , there are already 2 natural cover sites within 30 minutes of Enniscorthy. Both are already setup and running with insurance.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 382 ✭✭touge_drift

yes i know but both have very high membership prices and when i was looking to join one of them kept cancelling the days

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 981 ✭✭✭se conman

I apologize for going off topic but your information is misleading.
One site has just opened and I am not sure of their prices , the other site has only closed for two Sundays in the past number of months and their price is the standard €25 for a full day which is no more than other sites and less than some.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,902 ✭✭✭MagicIRL

Names and actual locations of these alleged sites would be most helpful to the Op se conman - as opposed to just saying "2 sites near such a place"

I left out the names of the sites because I don't want to advertise them on the OP's thread. The OP knows the names of the sites and that is enough as he is just trying to guage the viability of another site in the area.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 981 ✭✭✭se conman

I do not think the area can sustain another site , but that is just my opinion.

first of all im not here to talk about other sites nearby im here to ask if any one is interested in setting up and joining a new site that i would like to set up and make this sport affordable instead of costing a fortune we will be looking to do somthing like 10 euro membership and 15 euro for a full day

86 acres available. The potential is definately there.
Which side of Enniscorthy is it positioned?
Just a general direction, north, south, east or west would be sufficent.

Oh & can I have an invite to the first play? Pretty please. :D

im looking at making this as cheep as we possibly can this venture is not to make money just to cover cost so we are looking at 10 euro membership this covers a membership card and paperwork and then 15 euro per play so it will be 10 euro membership per year

I am just wondering. Its 10 euros membership and then 15 euros per game, so if i was to play every weekend for the whole year it would be a total of 790 euros! where as if i was to pay a once off payment for the membership and get my money back from the skirmishes it would work out a lot cheaper for myself, and save well over 300 euros in the year!

you could look at it another way if i didnt play every week and had to pay a huge memership fee then i loose out at least this way u can play when you can and not be charged a fortune somthing like this would work out a hell of a lot better for me anyway

@Tony: Would you consider having both payment options? Pay per play, and a pay per year. A discount (i.e. savings) for paying everything up front and guaranteeing you (the site owner) the takings for one person to be there every weekend, as well as the €15 per play option. Should mean that you attract both sides of the fence:)

i see what u are saying and i would not be against somthing like that but the main pionts i want to get out to people is that

    1. this is not to make money
    2. i want this club to cater for everyone
    3. equality i dont care that u have never played before or that ur not good at it as long as you enjoy it and feel welcome every time you do play
    4. i want this to be run properly a nice clean well marshelled site
    5. and good fun and crack
6.we would not be against teams comming to practice and play at diferent times
