I'm wondering if there are any Irish competitions for novices or a category in a full meet? Preferably raw and tested. Also does one have to be a member of a powerlifting club to participate? Thanks, Gob

The IDFPA is drug tested, and the majority of lifters compete raw. There are always lots of novices at the comps. And you don't have to belong to a club to lift in any of the feds
