Can anyone recommend a personal trainer, male or female within the North Dublin area?

    Thanks.

You could not go far wrong with the guys at - http://informedperformance.com/

    or http://www.theedgeclontarf.com/

there are lots to choose from so have a look around and go for the trainer/coach you get on with and enjoy the training

I would recommend Transform aka Dominic Munnelly. He is the man. Not to say the guys in IP would not be good. but you need to look for something more than your run of the mill gym instructor.

Is that insinuating the IP lads a run of the mill?

    this is great.
Will Heffernan and Barry Oglesby being described as run of the mill!
Never was a statement so wide of the mark.

Easy mistake to make. Maybe holdfast never heard of Will & Barry and only knows that they have a "Gym" called IP. I had never heard of the guys either until I start posting on boards.

    Hi Holdfast

Just in case you are not aware of this fact, Will & Barry from Informed Performance are actually highly qualified Sports/Athletics coaches, with quite a number of years experience behind them and they work with some of Ireland's top sports folks. They would be quite a few rungs up the ladder from "your run of the mill gym instructor" ;)

    Best Regards,

Sorry that was my mistake I meant to put IP guys on par with the top in the business. Just phrased it wrong and should have made it clear. Last sentence should be in a new paragraph.

I have come across them both on boards and later through a friend that trained there. I would say if transform recommended them I would not be qualified to pass any reflection on them.

    apologies
