O2 Midband problems

It was down all yesterday evening for me. The weird thing is that it would connect fine but there would be no internet access available. I tried to find a firmware upgrade for the dongle e1752 for use with macs but no use. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks

Contact O2 about the issue. Could be a network problem.

I have the same problems for the last two days, Wednessday connection gone for 12 hours or so, and yesterday just a few hours. The problems will go away. Normally my connection is very stable. I suppose that a down-time of < 1% is not that bad for what it is, mobile internet.
