Stability ball Vs Office chair

    Does anybody agree that a stability ball is better for the back then a normal
    desk chair. Like sitting in front of the computer surfing the web.

    You let yourself sit with bad posture, not whatever your sitting on.

    I find sitting on a swiss ball forces me to have better posture
    might not be the same for everyone

    Sitting on the swiss ball is definitely more of a challenge and it does force you to have better posture and not to slouch.

    I've done it myself in the past and as office chairs go - the swiss balls are very good value.
